  • Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout or may vary based on promotions

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email, allowing you to monitor your shipment in real time.


CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.

  • Please ensure your contact number is active for confirmation calls.
  • Orders may be canceled if confirmation is not received.

DELIVERY DELAYS

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by:

  • Courier delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, but we will assist you in tracking your order.


INCORRECT ADDRESS

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • رفض عند التسليم (refused at delivery)
